Details of an 8' x 10' x 8' tropical trompe l'oeil mural in a powder room. Painted on 3 walls and the ceiling with the 4th wall mirrored, this provides a surprising, colorful, 360º experience in this otherwise subtle, neutral colored home. Certain details, such as the parrot were derived from photographs, but the overall design was developed out of the initial request for a gazebo in a tropical paradise.
